We are a company dedicated to the advice and integral management in foreign trade and customs.

We have offices and representatives with every Customs Administration of the country.

Our mission

We strive to satisfy the needs and reasonable expectations of clients, providing them with essential services in International Trade and Logistics, aimed at enhancing their competitiveness, in an efficient and profitable manner.

Organized in the year 1995 by Gabriel Cimas (Licensed Customs Broker), our company has carried out its activity continuously in the entire national territory.

Our staff, comprising highly qualified experts and technicians is passionate about satisfying the client, and fosters continuous improvement within an ethic environment of trust, reliability and confidentiality.

The CONFIDENTIALITY of all the information involved in our services is only limited where suspicions of potential offences (such as money laundering, corruption and customs offences) arise, in which case such information will be promptly communicated to the competent authorities, offering them all the relevant background and documents.

Management Policy

This Policy is periodically reviewed as part of the “Integrated Management System Review” by Management, as well as in the event of an acquisition or merger with other organizations or other changes in the scope of the business that could affect its continuity.

When providing our customs clearance services, which are carried out in strict compliance with applicable legal rules and regulations, we receive the professional support of the international company PwC Uruguay (PricewaterhouseCoopers), which examines the documentation on a regular basis.

In order to protect our customers’ information confidentiality, we have included in the corresponding contract the required clauses for such purposes.

Certificate of conformity with respect to standard ISO 9001:2015 by UNIT (Uruguayan Institute of Technical Rules), IQNet (The International Certification Network) and AENOR (Spanish Association of Standardization), since 2004.

Security Management System for the supply chain

Certificate of conformity with respect to standard ISO 28000:2022 by UNIT (being the first company certified in this aspect in the country).

AEO - Authorized Economic Operator

Certified by the National Customs Board, on the basis of the SAFE Framework of Standards to Secure and Facilitate the Global Trade of the World Customs Organization (WCO), fostering the development of alliances between customs and the private sector through relationships of trust, and facilitating agreements of mutual acknowledgement between customs of beneficiary countries and other trade blocs.
